Power saving mode or battery saver mode helps to extend the battery life of your device by disabling certain features and limiting the background usage of apps on your device. If you are experiencing battery draining issue, you can enable power saver mode to improve battery life of your device.

- Go to Settings
- Tap on Device care
- Tap on Battery
- Tap on Power mode
You will see three power saving modes of which Optimized mode is enabled by default. The optimized power mode gives a healthy mix of battery performance as well as features.
If you want to save more battery life, you can choose from the following power saving modes.
- Medium power saving: Disables certain features to increase battery life
- Maximum power saving: Disables all features to increase battery life to the maximum
Choose the power saving mode you want to enable and tap Apply to activate.
You can also turn on Adaptive power saving to set power mode automatically based on your usage pattern to save power when it’s not needed.
